Meet the mountain lion — also called cougar, puma, or catamount! This one-page illustrated science comic about the mountain lion (Puma concolor) explores how it is built for the hunt, its wide range from Canada to southern South America, ambush hunting and how it covers leftover prey, solitary adults and mothers raising spotted cubs, and why it can purr but cannot roar. It also includes a side-by-side comparison with the African lion, the black mountain lion myth, and a Conservation Corner on its conservation status. It pairs with the Lions, Gray Wolf, and North American Black Bear comics.
You will receive a digital download of the complete one-page illustrated comic, ready to print. No physical product will be shipped. A printable Christian comic made for homeschoolers, ready to print and enjoy at home.
