Terms of Sale

These terms cover anything you download or buy from The Wandering Pilgrims ("we"), including free resources. By downloading or buying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not download or complete the purchase.

What you are getting

Our comics, printables, and other resources are digital products. There is no physical product and nothing ships. After checkout you get an immediate download link.

License

Your download or purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the resource with your own family or classroom. You may print it and use it as much as you like for your own household or students.

You may not share, copy, resell, redistribute, or post our resources publicly in whole or in part, including on social media, file-sharing sites, or other websites. If you know someone who would enjoy them, please send them to our site so they can get their own copy.

Free resources

Our free downloads are free. There is nothing to refund, but the license above still applies.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and available to you immediately, all sales are final. If something is wrong with your download (a broken file, a missing page), email wanderingpilgrimspodcast@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, either by fixing the file or refunding you in full.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in your access being revoked.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Our resources are made for families, but the person checking out needs to be an adult.

Content

Our comics and resources are written from a biblical Christian perspective for curious Christian families. They are educational resources, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at https://www.thewanderingpilgrims.com/terms-of-sale, and it applies to downloads and purchases made after it is posted.
